Cold Be Gone: My Favorite Picks for Boosting My Immune System

We all do our best to avoid colds, the flu, those nasty little bugs that go around every year, but sometimes even with all that effort you still somehow catch it! I am going to let you in on my natural remedies for kicking that cold as fast as possible! 

1. WELLNESS FORMULA

2. KICK ASS IMMUNE

One of the few not pictures as we ran out and I need to get some more! This tincture promotes healthy system response, just taking a 4-6 drops under your tongue every few hours and your cold will be gone before you know it! 

3. ON GUARD 

I diffuse, ingest, and topically apply on guard for immune support! I will start diffusing when its "cold season" or when I think we have been exposed to a bug. Next I ingest the On Guard protective blend pill twice a day either when I am sick or think I am about to catch something! Last I roll on the bottom of my feet On Guard, Oregano, Lemon and Frankincense.

4. ELDERBERRY SYRUP

Elderberries contain a chemical compounds called anthocyanidins, known to have immunostimulant effects, making this a great remedy for cold and flu, easy to make if you want so save some $$$.  

5. MEDICINAL TEA

I mean duh, but I had to say it.
