WHAT IS BEE POLLEN?
Bee pollen is made by honey bees and is the food of the young bees. It is one of nature's most nourishing foods because it has nearly all nutrients required by humans. It starts as a pollen ball that is then packed by worker honeybees into pellets called bee bread. Bee bread is flower pollen stored in brood cells with bee saliva, sealed with a drop of honey,.
BENEFITS OF BEE POLLEN
Bee Pollen is considered a complete food and is rich in proteins, free amino acids and vitamins, including the B-complex, and folic acid. It is richer in proteins than any animal source and contains more amino acids than beef, eggs, or cheese of equal weight. Pretty crazy right?
