PICKLED RED ONIONS

Whenever I go out to eat and see these nice soft pink colors placed on my dish I get so excited! They taste amazing, tart but still sweet. I didn't know what they were for longer than I'd like to admit... Pickled Red Onions! Once I knew what they were I started making them often to add as a garnish to meals, on crackers with cheese, in sandwiches, pretty much anywhere else I can sneak them in. The options are endless. They are incredibly easy to make, with simple ingredients that you probably already have at home!
