GF Herbal Cashew Cheese Cracker Bites

Herbal Cashew Cheese Cracker Bites

INGREDIENTS 

 -Free for All Kitchen GF Olive Oil Herb Crackers

-1-cup raw soaked cashews

- 1/2 lemon juice (about 1.5 TBS)

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/4 cup fresh chives

 -1 sprig fresh rosemary

INSTRUCSTIONS

1.     Soak 1 cup raw cashews overnight in filtered water

2.     Rinse soaked cashews and place in food processor with lemon juice, salt, and fresh herbs. Blend on high for 5 minutes or until smooth.

3.     Remove cashew cheese from food processor and spread onto Free for All Kitchen GF Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Crackers, serve and enjoy!

*disclaimer these gluten free crackers do contain dairy. I normally do not eat dairy but they are a great option for those who are trying to avoid gluten but can handle some dairy, since they are delicious!
